Order dated 16.10.2025 reads as follows: -

“At the outset, learned counsel for the Respondent-Municipal Corporation fairly submits that counter affidavit which was filed earlier reflects that some payments to the petitioner were not made due to want of fund from the State Government; however, upon instructions payments have been made under other Heads also, for which he would seek instruction.

2. Accordingly, list this case on 9th December, 2025 to inform this Court about the amount which still remains to be paid to the Petitioner.”

2. In view of the supplementary counter-affidavit filed by the 4^th respondent payments have been made to the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the case may be disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner that if at all some payment still remains to be paid he may be at liberty to raise his grievance before appropriate authority.

5. Accordingly, the instant writ application stands disposed of with the liberty as prayed for.
