1. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that pursuant to the Writ Court’s order, though the reasoned order has already been passed, but admitted dues has not yet been paid; accordingly, the instant application may be disposed of with a direction to the concerned respondent that as per the reasoned order, the payment should be made to the petitioner.
2. Having regard to the aforesaid submission and after going through the reasoned order, it appears that the authorities have admitted that the petitioner is entitled for some benefits; however, the same has not yet been extended to him till date.
3. Accordingly, since no contempt is made out, the instant application is hereby disposed of by directing the concerned respondent to extend the monetary benefit, what they have admitted in the reasoned order, as early as possible preferably within a period of three weeks, as indicated in the Writ Court’s Order.
