Petitioner has moved this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for direction to the Respondent No.2 [The Deputy Commissioner, Latehar] for executing the order passed in Revenue Revision Case No.107 of 2023 dated 27.06.2024.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner was dispossessed from the settled possession over the land, in question by the Respondent No.6 [Anshu Agarwal @ Avinash Kumar Agarwal, against which the petitioner moved before the Sub Divisional Magistrate for eviction, in which direction was given to the Circle Officer to restore the possession to the petitioner with respect to Khata No.22, Plot No.1476, area 1.5 decimal.

However, respondent No.6 moved before the appellate court which was also decided in favour of the petitioner.

Learned AC to GA.III for the State points out that no representation has been filed before the D.C., Latehar for execution of the order passed in the said revision.

Under the circumstances, petitioner is directed to file an application for execution of the said order before the Respondent No.2 [The Deputy Commissioner, Latehar] and the same will be disposed of within four weeks from the date of filing of such application.
