1. In spite of valid service of notice, none appears on behalf of the opposite party.

2. Instant transfer petition has been preferred for transfer of Original (Divorce) Suit No. 94 of 2025 from the learned Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Deoghar to the learned court of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Seraikella Kharsawan.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that marriage of the petitioner with opposite party was solemnized on 25.02.2012. Out of the wedlock of the petitioner and opposite party, the petitioner and opposite party have been blessed with two children namely Vidya Kumari Gupta aged about 10 years and Shivansh Kumar Gupta aged about 05 years. Petitioner is living in Seraikella which is around 200 kms from the Deoghar. Opposite party instituted divorce Suit No. 94 of 2025. It is not possible for the petitioner to attend the court at Deoghar with minor children on each and every date to prosecute the case and no maintenance is being provided either to the petitioner or to her minor children by the respondent. Hence, Original (Divorce) Suit No. 94 of 2025 which is pending before the learned Court of Principal Judge, Family Court,

Deoghar may be transferred to learned Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Seraikella, Kharsawan.

4. Considering the contentions raised on behalf of the petitioner, I feel inclined, in the ends of justice, to allow the prayer of the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, Original (Divorce) Suit No. 94 of 2025 which is pending before the learned Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Deoghar, is hereby transferred to the learned Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Seraikella, Kharsawan.

6. Accordingly, the present transfer petition is allowed .
