This interlocutory application has been filed on behalf of the

petitioner for removing/ignoring the defect No.247(b).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is bed ridden since 2019 and a power of attorney has been executed by the petitioner/mother of the pairvikar of this C.M.P. for adjudicating this case in the court of law.

In view of the aforesaid facts I.A. No. 8405 of 2025 is disposed

This application has been preferred by the petitioner for condoning the delay of 508 days in filing the C.M.P., the details of which has been mentioned in paragraph Nos. 3 to 7.
