It has been stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that due to ailment of the learned counsel for the petitioner, none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner on 07.02.2025. It is submitted that the petitioner will remain cautious and vigilant and hence, Cr. M. P. No. 923 of 2025 may be allowed and Criminal Revision No. 196 of 2024 may be restored to its original file.

In view of the averment made in para-5 to 7 of the instant petition, the present Cr. M. P. No. 923 of 2025 is allowed. Criminal Revision No. 196 of 2024 is restored to its original file.
