The instant Cr. M. P. No. 1907 of 2025 has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for restoration of Criminal Revision (Filing) No. 2495 of 2025, which stood dismissed on 06.05.2025 due to non-compliance of the order dated 22.04.2025 passed by this Court.

It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner will remove the defect, as pointed out by the Stamp Reporter, within one week. It is submitted that the petitioner will remain vigilant in future and hence, Cr. M. P. No. 1907 of 2025 may be allowed and Criminal Revision (Filing) No. 2495 of 2025 may be restored to its original file.

Learned counsel for the State raised no objection.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and in view of the averment made in para-6 to 9 of the instant petition, the present Cr. M. P. No. 1907 of 2025 is allowed. Criminal Revision (Filing) No. 2495 of 2025 is restored to its original file.
