2. The only grievance of the petitioner is that though he

has registered an F.I.R. being Sadar P.S. Case No.107 of 2022 dated 09.03.2022 registered under Section 406, 420 and 120(B) IPC, yet the investigation has not been completed.

3. Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that suffice it would be if a direction is given to the respondents to conclude the investigation as early as possible and file the corresponding report before the Court.

4. Considering the limited submission made by the petitioner and also in view of the fact that the F.I.R. was registered wayback on 09.03.2022, I direct the Investigating Officer of this case to conclude the investigation and file the report before the concerned Court as early as possible without any delay.
