I. For a direction upon the concerned respondents for giving suitable protection to the petitioner, his family, disable children and well wishers from the R.N.10-19 and their associates;

II. For a direction upon the concerned respondents for giving suitable protection to the 16 feet way/road situated on the land appertaining to Khata No.149, Plot No.806, situated at Millat Colony, Kanke, Thana No.156, P.S., Kanke, District- Ranchi from the R.N.1019 & their associates;

III. For a direction to the R.N.8 & 9 to act and follow the direction of the R.N.7 given in Case No. M 06/2024 vide order dated 16.07.2024, U/S 133 of Cr.P.C.;

associates to not disturb and encroach the 16 feet way/road situated on the land appertaining to Khata No.149, Plot No.806, situated at Millat Colony, Kanke, Thana No.156, P.S., Kanke, District-Ranchi;

V. For a direction to the R.No.10-19 & their associates to not to flow the cow dung, urinary and waste materials of Khatal on the said road/land; VI. For a direction to the respondents concerned to remove the Khatal run by the R.N.10;

VII. For a direction the R.N.10-19 and their associates to not threaten the petitioner, his family, disable children and well-wishers in any manner;

VIII. For a direction to the respondents concerned to take appropriate action against the R.N.10-19 and their associates in accordance with law on the basis of information already given by the petitioner in case of threatening or illegal activity caused by them.

2. Admittedly, a proceeding under Section 133 of the Cr.P.C. is pending.

3. Since, the proceeding is pending, I am not inclined to entertain this criminal writ petition filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India.

4. The petitioner should approach the appropriate forum where the proceeding under Section 133 of Cr.P.C. is pending.

5. With the aforesaid observation, this criminal writ petition is dismissed .
