2. This petition has been filed to initiate a contempt proceeding against opposite parties for non-compliance of the order dated 09.11.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(S) No. 4040 of 2020.

3. Learned counsel for the opposite parties has submitted that the order of this Court has been complied and the admissible amount has already been credited in the account of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner still has certain surviving grievance and right may be reserved to take appropriate steps as may be permissible under law.

5. Considering the aforesaid submissions, this Court is not inclined to proceed any further in this contempt proceeding. Accordingly, this contempt proceeding is dropped.

6. If the petitioner has any surviving grievance then it shall be open to the petitioner to take steps as may be permissible under law.
