This second appeal has been filed against the judgment and decree dated 28.01.2016 (decree signed on 12.02.2016) passed by the learned District Judge-V, Dhanbad in Title Appeal No. 187 of 2009 whereby the learned 1^st appellate court dismissed the appeal and upheld the judgment and decree dated 08.09.2009 (decree signed on 08.10.2009) passed by learned Sub Ordinate Judge-V, Dhanbad in Title (Eviction) Suit No. 85 of 1996.
