Both these bail applications arise out of same police case. Accordingly, they are being disposed of by a common order.

Petitioners have been made an accused in connection with Sitaramdera P.S. Case No. 125 of 2024, registered under Sections 304 (2) and 3 (5) of the B.N.S. later on vide order dated 20.09.2024 Sections 317 (2) of B.N.S. and Section 25 (1-B)a, 26/35 of Arms Act have been added, pending in the Court of Sri Ravi Shankar Pandey, learned Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur.

On 09.09.2024, the informant was waylaid by three unknown persons near Durga Puja field, while returning from his shop, miscreants looted Rs.8 lakhs from him. During the course of

investigation Rs. 27,000/- were recovered from the possession of the petitioner Prasad Patro @ Babu Bhuiya, while Rs. 1,24,000/- were recovered from the possession of the petitioner Abhishek Kumar @ Bhola.

Learned A.P. Ps have opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that similarly situated co-accused Rahul Kumar from whose possession Rs.38,000/- has been recovered has been earlier rejected by this Court.

Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case; I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, their prayer for bail is hereby rejected at this stage.

The petitioners, if so advised may renew their prayer for bail after six months.
