Petitioners have been made accused in connection with Haidarnagar P.S. Case No. 15 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 103(1), 61(2), 303(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, pending in the Court of Sri Parmanand Upadhayay, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1^st Class, Palamau.

The petitioners happen to be the mother-in-law, father-in-law and sister-in-law of the deceased, Khushboo Praveen, who died due to asphyxia because of hanging in her matrimonial home.

It was submitted that apart from ligature mark, there is no other marks of violence on the person of the deceased. It was further submitted that the petitioner no.1 is aged about 65 years, while petitioner no. 2 is 70 years and petitioner no. 2 is married sister-in-law and she is physically handicapped.

In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/(Rupees twenty thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Parmanand Upadhayay, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1^st Class, Palamau, or his successor, in connection with Haidarnagar P.S.
