The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 18 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 111(2)(ii), 317(2), 317(4), 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 66(B), (C), (D) of the I.T. Act, pending in the court of learned Special Judge Cyber Crime, Jamtara.

On 03.03.2025, Cyber Police Jamtara, on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals have assembled in village- Madnadih, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended this petitioner and co-accused persons. On search, two mobile phones were recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody for more than six months. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused, Sajjad Ansari @ Raju has been granted bail by this Court vide B.A. No. 5323 of 2025.

Learned Spl. P.P. appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that during course of investigation, Rs. 41.377/- was recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Cyber Crime, Jamtara, in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 18 of 2025.
