Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Jagarnathpur P.S. Case No. 400/2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 47/2025 for the offences registered under Sections 85, 115(2), 117(2), 109, 126(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that in the medical prescription, it is clearly mentioned that the ear is dry at the time of checkup which clearly shows that there was no fresh injury on her ear and there is no criminal antecedent against the petitioner, as such he may be given the privilege of anticipatory bail.

Learned A.P.P. opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Having regard to the facts of the case and looking to the allegations made against this petitioner, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today and the learned court below on his surrender shall release him on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1^st Class, Ranchi in connection with Jagarnathpur P.S. Case No. 400/2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 47/2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) BNSS, 2023

It is made clear that if the petitioner will not cooperate in investigation/trial, the State would be at liberty to take appropriate action.
