Both these bail applications arise out of the same police case and as

such, these bail applications are being disposed of by this common order.

The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Deoghar Cyber crime P.S. Case No. 10 of 2025, for the offence registered under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) & 61 of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 66(B), 66(C), 66(D) & 84(C) of the Information Technology Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime Case, Deoghar.

On 23.01.2025 at 11:30 a.m., Cyber Police Deoghar on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals have assembled near Amba Nachiniya forest, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended the petitioners and co-accused persons. On search, mobile phones have been recovered from them.

Report regarding the stage of the trial and the time required for its conclusion has been received. It appears that charge has been framed on 16.05.2025, but the prosecution has not examined any single witness.

In view of the aforesaid fact, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime Case, Deoghar, in connection with Deoghar Cyber crime P.S. Case No. 10 of 2025.
