The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chas P.S. Case No. 99 of 2025, S.T. Case No.320 of 2025, for the offence under Section 309(4) of the B.N.S and Section 27 of the Arms Act, subsequently charge has been framed under Sections 110, 310 and 190 of the B.N.S. and Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 & 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions JudgeIII, Bokaro.

On 23.06.2025 at about 6:00 p.m., robbery was committed in the shop of the informant. The accused persons on pistol point looted jewelries and other articles from there.

It was submitted that petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R. nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating relating to this case has been recovered from his possession. It was also submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in the confession of co-accused that he has kept the firearms in the house of the petitioner in Bihar, which were used in committing this offence. The house of the petitioner was raided and from there, firearms were recovered. It was finally submitted that another case under Arms Act was instituted in Bihar against the petitioner, in which, he has been granted bail.

In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Bokaro, in connection with Chas P.S. Case No. 99 of 2025, S.T. Case No.320 of 2025.
