Heard the parties.

The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Cyber P.S. Case No. 77 of 2025, corresponding to Cyber Case No.22 of 2025, for the offence under Sections 111, 318(2), 318(3), 318(4), 319(2), 336(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2) & 61(2) of B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 66(B), 66(C) & 66(D) of I.T. Act, 2009, pending in the court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Ranchi.

On 04.07.2025 at about 12:00 noon, Cyber Police, CID, Ranchi on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals have assembled in Olive Garden Restaurant, Hawai Nagar, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended several co-accused persons.

It was submitted that petitioner was not apprehended at the spot. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in the confession of co-accused.

In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Ranchi, in connection with Cyber P.S. Case No. 77 of 2025, corresponding to Cyber Case No.22 of 2025.
