5 /08.07.2024 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel for the respondent State.

The prayer in this petition has been made for direction upon the respondents to open continuous khatiyan in the name of the petitioner and further to make online entry with respect to the land in question on the web-site of the State Government maintained for the records of land.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the land in question is situated at Mouza Khedabeda, Circle Chandankiary, P.S. Chandankiary, Thana No.170, Khewat No.2, Khata No.112 (new khata no.392), plot no.871 (new plot no.1340) are measuring 7.68 acres, and plot no.930 (new plot no.1428) area measuring 42 decimals, plot no.934 (new plot no.1483) area measuring 11 decimals, total area measuring 8.21 acres in the District of Bokaro are the raiyati lands of the petitioners. He submits that the documents brought on record by way of sale deed, rent receipt issued by the Government which are in favour of the petitioners and he submits that in spite of that, the publication with

regard to said land is not made on-line for the record of rights. He submits that the petitioner has already moved before the Circle Officer by way of filing proper petition as contained in annexure-4 and no order has been passed on it as yet.

Mr. Suresh Kumar, the learned counsel for the respondent State submits that the said document suggest that the petitioners have move before the learned Circle Officer by way of filing a petition, however, decision has not been taken on it as yet.

In view of the above and considering that the petitioners have filed a petition before the learned Circle Officer, Chandankiyari Circle, Bokaro, which is still pending, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach learned Circle Officer, Chandankiyari Circle, Bokaro, who will look into the matter and pass an appropriate order within six weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
