The petitioner has filed this writ application for issuing necessary direction upon the respondent state to consider the regularization of service of the petitioner with all consequential benefits.

The petitioner was appointed as Junior Engineer on a consolidated sum of rupees 5000/- per month vide office order no. 656 dated 31.12.2003 in Bihar State Hydro Electric Power Corporation against the sanctioned post of junior engineer.

After bifurcation of state, petitioner was allotted Jharkhand cadre and since 25.07.2014, he was working in Chandil. It is further the case of the petitioner that assets and liabilities of Bihar State Hydro Electric Power Corporation has been transferred to Jharkhand Renewable Energy Development Agency (JREDA) by its resolution dated 06.10.2021. On 17.10.2022, the petitioner made a representation before the respondent no. 5, Director, Jharkhand Renewable Energy Development Agency (JREDA), State Government Agency under the Department of Energy, Jharkhand having its registered office at 3rd Floor, S.L.D.C. Building, Kusai Colony, Doranda Ranchi for regularization of his service.

It was submitted that no decision has been taken by the respondent no. 5 on his representation which is pending since long and despite that several reminders were also given to the respondents, no order has been passed.

Mr. Mukesh Kumar learned counsel for the respondent nos. 3 to 5 submitted that the respondent no. 5 Director, Jharkhand Renewable Energy Development Agency (JREDA), State Government Agency under the Department of Energy, Jharkhand shall take a decision on the representation of the petitioner within three months from the date of receipt of this order.

In view of the assurance given by the learned counsel for the respondent this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 5 Director, Jharkhand Renewable Energy Development Agency (JREDA) to take a decision on the representation of petitioner within three months.

This writ petition is disposed of.
