At the outset, Mr. Navin Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the grievances raised in this Public Interest Litigation have lost its force since the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Ranchi is now conducting the hearing through hybrid/virtual mode in addition to the regular physical hearing, as such, he does not intend to press this Public Interest Litigation and the defects pointed out by the Office may be ignored.
The learned counsel appearing for the respondents does not have any objection to the aforesaid prayer.
Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as not pressed.
