This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India with a prayer for issue of appropriate writ(s), direction(s) in the nature of mandamus commanding upon the respondents to recall letter no.2/T2-10-16/2006 Shra.

Ni.1419 dated 11.08.2016 issued by the Labour Commissioner and Registrar Trade Union Jharkhand Ranchi.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to submit a representation to the respondent no.4 with a request to get conducted the election of the office bearers of the Jharkhand Diesel Auto Chalak Mahasangh Ranchi Registration No.67/04 and direction be given to the respondent no.4 to act upon the said representation in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the respondents has no serious objection.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to submit a representation to the respondent no.4 to get conducted the election of the office bearers of the Jharkhand Diesel Auto Chalak Mahasangh Ranchi Registration No.67/04 and if such a representation is submitted by the petitioner, the respondent no.4 is directed to consider the same in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production/receipt of the copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
