Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the trial is at an advance stage and all the prosecution witnesses have been examined, hence, the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Cr.M.P. and learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the learned trial court be directed to conclude the trial expeditiously.
Permission is accorded.
This Cr.M.P. stands dismissed as withdrawn with the direction to the learned court concerned to conclude the trial expeditiously within three months from the date of receipt/production of this order.
In view of disposal of the instant Cr.M.P., Interlocutory Application No.2540 of 2024 stands disposed of being infructuous.
