2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that lesser amount has been calculated for the land in question and in view of that proper direction may kindly be issued.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the State and NHAI jointly submits that the petitioner is having the alternative remedy by way of moving before the respondent No.4 who will look into the matter and decide the grievance of the petitioner.

4. In view of the above, this petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to move before the respondent No.4 by way of filing proper petition and if such a petition is filed, the respondent No.4 will take decision on the said petition in accordance with law.
