Since, serious objection has been made by the learned counsel for the

respondents, learned counsel for the petitioner after some argument seeks to

withdraw this petition with a liberty to challenge the notification no. 2522, New Delhi published on 01.08.2019, before the appropriate forum.

So far as the defect for non deposition of court fee of Rs.500/-, submission has been made by learned counsel for the petitioner that he will remove the aforesaid defect by depositing requisite court fee of Rs.500/- in course of the day.

Considering the same, this Court has permitted to the writ petitioners to withdraw this application with the liberty to challenge the notification no. 2522, New Delhi published on 01.08.2019 before the appropriate forum.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

Certified copy of this order will be supplied subject to removal of the defect as pointed out by the office for depositing the requisite Court fee of Rs.500/-.
