2. This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:
“For issuance of an appropriate writ(s)/order(s) and/or direction (s) upon the respondents, respondent no. 4 in particular for a direction to make a measurement of the land belonging to the petitioner standing over Plot Nos. 52 & 54/200 in Khata No. 2, Area 0.06 decimals at Bela Road, Koderma.
AND
For a further writ/order/direction to respondent no. 2, the Court of Land Reforms Deputy Collector, Koderma, not to proceed with the further proceedings of Land Encroachment Case initiated against Hotel Namaskar, the business premises of the petitioner as evidenced by notice dated 7.4.2011 (Annexure-9).
AND
For a further writ/order/direction unless actual measurement is done, further proceeding of land encroachment case to remain stayed.
AND
Respondents be restrained from taking any coercive steps against the petitioner and taking any steps for interfering with the possession or demolition of any portion of building standing over the petitioner’s own property of Plot Nos. 52 & 54 of Khata No.
3. The matter was taken up on 09.01.2023. On that day also, nobody
had appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
4. Since the petitioner is absent, this writ petition is dismissed for
non-prosecution.
5. Pending interlocutory application, if any, is closed.
6. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
