2. This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs: -

Further for issuance of an appropriate writ(s)/ order(s)/Direction(s)/ in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents that after granting promotion to the petitioner to the Scale of Teacher "Grade-3" i.e. Matric Trained Selection Scale(5500-9000), grant the consequential benefits viz.
c. Further for issuance of an appropriate writ(s)/order(s)/Direction(s)/ in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents that pay the interest at the rate of 12% per annum on such lawful and legal dues accrued in favour of the petitioner.

d. For any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is legally entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case.”
3. Learned counsel for the Respondent-State has pointed out that in terms of order dated 09.04.2024, no petition for substitution has been filed.
4. Considering the aforesaid circumstances and on account of absence of learned counsel for the petitioner, no further order be passed in this writ petition, which is accordingly dismissed.
