The present petitioner Suman Lata Singh has prayed for release of arrears of salary of her husband original petitioner Dr. Rajendra Prasad Singh for the month of May, 2016, October 2016 and from January 2017 till the date of his superannuation.

The original petitioner Dr. Rajendra Prasad Singh worked as a Lecturer in St. Augustine's College, Manoharpur in the district of Singhbhum East which is an affiliated college under Kolhan University, West Singhbhum.

It is the case of the petitioner that her husband Dr. Rajendra Prasad Singh had discharged his duty for the month of May, 2016, October 2016

and from January 2017 till the date of his superannuation.

Mr. Samavesh Bhanj Deo, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to make a fresh representation before the respondent No.3 the Governing Body, St. Augustine's College, Manoharpur, District Singhbhum East, through its Chairman and the respondent No.3 may be directed to dispose of her representation within fixed period.

The prayer of the petitioner for seeking permission to file a representation before the respondent No.3 is allowed. The petitioner shall file a representation alongwith copy of this order before the respondent No.3-Governing Body, St. Augustine's College, Manoharpur, District Singhbhum East and her representation shall be disposed of within four weeks from the date of the presentation.

This writ application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation. Pending I.A., if any, stands disposed of.
