2. The instant application has been preferred by the petitioner for modification of the order dated 03.03.2023, passed in Cr. Revision No.1076 of 2008, whereby the petitioner was sentenced to undergo for the period already undergone subject to payment of Rs.30,000/- within a period of four months from the date of the order, before the learned trial court, failing which he shall serve rest of the sentence as ordered by the learned court below.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to lack of communication, petitioner has got no information about the order dated 03.03.2023, passed in Cr. Revision No.1076 of 2008. Learned counsel further submits that in the interest of justice the time for depositing the fine amount before learned trial court be extended by modifying the order dated 03.03.2023, passed in Cr. Revision No.1076 of 2008 to the extent that the fine amount of Rs.30,000/- may be directed to be deposited within a further period of six weeks from today.
4. Learned APP does not have any objection.
5. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and after perusing the order dated 03.03.2023, passed in Cr. Revision No.1076 of 2008, I hereby modify the last portion of the order dated 03.03.2023 to the extent that the petitioner is directed to deposit fine amount of Rs.30,000/-

within a further period of six weeks from today before the learned trial court.
6. With the aforesaid modification, the instant Cr.M.P is hereby allowed.
7. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the concerned court through “FAX”.
