The instant writ application has been preferred by the petitioner praying for a direction upon the respondentAuthorities to pay his salary from the date 23.12.2015 to 20.02.2017 during which he duly worked as Teacher prior to his termination.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a stand has been taken in para 9 of the counter-affidavit that a letter was issued to the petitioner for submitting the details of Bank Account Number, PAN, Adhar Card, etc., but the fact remains that all the documents were duly sent by the petitioner which

is annexed with rejoinder; as such the concerned respondent, be directed to calculate the amount and pay the same to this petitioner.
3. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the concerned respondent will verify as to whether the necessary documents are there or not and do the needful for payment of the dues.
4. Having regard to the aforesaid submission and after going through the records of the case, it appears that a letter was issued to the petitioner on 30.03.2024; whereby he was asked to submit required documents to the office of District Superintendent Education Officer till 10.04.2024, but the receipt which has been annexed showing dispatch of the said letter is 25.04.2024.
5. Be that as it may. In the rejoinder affidavit, the petitioner had already annexed the PAN Card and Bank Account number of the petitioner. Accordingly, the respondent no. 5 is directed to pay the admitted dues of the petitioner after verification of record within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
The petitioner is also directed to submit complete record of the writ application along with this order to the respondent no. 5, so that the claim of the petitioner can been redressed with the aforesaid stipulated time.
6. Accordingly, the instant writ application stands disposed of.
