1. Learned counsel for the parties are present.
2. This petition has been filed for restoration of Criminal Revision No. 29 of 2023 which stood dismissed for non-prosecution on account of noncompliance of order dated 27.06.2024, inasmuch as, notice could not be file within peremptory time.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that so far as the deposit of Rs. 1,00,000/- is concerned, the same has already been made. The learned counsel has submitted that non-compliance of order dated 27.06.2024 with respect to filing of notice is unintentional and the criminal revision application be restored.
4. Considering the submissions, Criminal Revision No. 29 of 2023 is restored to its original file and the peremptory time granted vide order dated 27.06.2024 is extended till 30.08.2024.
5. This petition is accordingly disposed of.
