2. This petition has been filed for restoration of W.P.(C) No. 837 of 2022 which stood dismissed for default on account of noncompliance of order dated 05.07.2023.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not available, and therefore, he could not appear on that date and in the meantime, the case has been dismissed for default.
4. Considering the aforesaid submission and being satisfied with the cause shown, W.P.(S) No. 837 of 2022 is restored to its original file and the peremptory time granted vide order dated 05.07.2023 is extended till 20.09.2024.
5. This Civil miscellaneous petition is disposed of.
