Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This application has been filed for modification in the order dated 04.04.2024 passed in A.B.A. No. 4553 of 2023 with a prayer to extend the period of surrender of the petitioner in the Court below.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner had moved an anticipatory bail application vide A.B.A. No. 4553 of 2023 and this Court vide order dated 04.04.2024 had granted anticipatory bail and the petitioner was directed to surrender in the Court below within four weeks from the date of the order, but the petitioner could not surrender in the Court below with the aforesaid period due to some medical issue. So, it is prayed that the period of surrender of the petitioner in the court below may be extended by further four weeks.

In view of the above submissions, the order dated 04.04.2024 passed in A.B.A. No. 4553 of 2023 is modified to extend that the petitioner shall surrender before the Court below within two weeks from today.

Rest part of the order dated 04.04.2024 shall remain intact.

Cr.M.P. No.2086 of 2024 stands allowed.
