this case only on the basis of suspicion. The whole prosecution story is false and concocted one. Both the petitioners are woman and senior citizen. Petitioners are in judicial custody since 23.03.2023. Petitioners undertake to co-operate with the trial of the case and to remain physically present on each and every date till the conclusion of the trial and shall not indulge in tampering with the prosecution evidence or influence the witnesses or gain over them. Hence, the petitioners may be enlarged on bail.
