The present contempt petition has been filed for initiation of contempt proceeding as against the opposite party no. 2 alleging wilful violation of order dated 05.09.2018 passed in W.P.(S) No. 7484 of 2016 along with W.P.(S) No. 921 of 2011 and other analogous cases.

2. Mr. Gaurav Raj, learned A.C. to A.A.G.-II appearing on behalf of the opposite party no. 2, submits that L.P.A. No. 432 of 2019 preferred by the State of Jharkhand challenging the aforesaid order passed by the writ court has been allowed by learned Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 19.01.2024 along with batch of L.P.As. led by L.P.A. No. 138 of 2019.

3. Considering the said fact, no case of contempt is made

out against the opposite party no. 2.

4. The contempt proceeding as against the opposite party

no. 2 is hereby dropped.
