The present contempt petition has been filed for initiation of contempt proceeding as against the opposite parties alleging willful violation of order dated 17.06.2020 passed in W.P.(S) No. 5061 of 2014.

2. Mr. Munna Lal Yadav, learned S.C. (L&C)-III appearing on behalf of the opposite party nos. 1 to 5, submits that in fact the order dated 17.06.2020 passed in the aforesaid writ petition was to be complied by the District Superintendent of Education, Seraikella-Kharsawan and not by District Superintendent of Education, Jamshedpur. Under the said circumstance, Mr. Charles Hembrom, District Superintendent of Education, SeraikellaKharsawan, is physically present before this Court in compliance of order dated 08.12.2023 passed in the present contempt petition.

3. Learned S.C. (L&C)-III while referring to supplementary show cause affidavit dated 19.01.2024 filed by the District Superintendent of Education, Seraikella-Kharsawan, further submits that the order dated 17.06.2020 passed in W.P.(S) No. 5061 of 2014 has now been complied.

4. Considering the said submission, there is no need to further proceed in the present matter.

5. The contempt proceeding as against the opposite parties is hereby dropped.

6. The contempt petition is accordingly disposed of.
