The present contempt petition has been filed for initiation of contempt proceeding as against the opposite party no. 2 for willful violation of order dated 15.12.2020 passed in W.P.(S) No. 3354 of 2019.
2. Mr. Rahul Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the order dated 15.12.2020 passed in the aforesaid writ petition has substantially been complied by the opposite party no. 2.
3. Considering the said submission, there is no need to further proceed in the present matter.
4. The contempt proceeding as against the opposite party
no. 2 is hereby dropped.
5. The contempt petition is accordingly disposed of.
6. It is however observed that if the petitioner is still aggrieved with non-payment of part of the revisional benefit, he may pursue the aforesaid grievance before the appropriate authority
