Heard the Parties.
Petitioners have been made an accused in connection Peterbar P.S. Case No. 72 of 2024, corresponding G.R. No. 459 of 2024, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 452, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereinafter referred to as "IPC), presently pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M. Bermo at Tenughat.
On 02.05.2024 between 06:00 to 07:45 P.M., a free fight ensued between the accused person and the informant party. It appears that both the side sustained injury. The father of the informant has sustained grievous injuries.
It was submitted that there is case and counter case between the parties and both the sides have sustained injuries
Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail but has not
disputed the aforesaid facts.
Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M. Bermo at Tenughat in connection with Peterbar P.S. Case No. 72 of 2024, corresponding G.R. No. 459 of 2024.
