Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Jorapokhar P.S. Case No. 109/2024, registered under Sections 331 (4)/ 305 (a) of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the Court of Ms. N. Ekka, learned J.M., Dhanbad.
On 06.07.2024, theft was committed in the house of the petitioner. It was submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and his name has transpired in the confession of co-accused.
It was further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 10.09.2024.
Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Ms. N. Ekka, learned J.M., Dhanbad or her successor in connection with Jorapokhar P.S. Case No. 109/2024.
