Both these anticipatory bail applications arise out of the same police case. Accordingly, these are being disposed of by a common order.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner Tajbul @ Tajamul Mian @ Tajbul Miyan in A.B.A. No. 997 of 2024 seeks permission to withdraw his anticipatory bail application.

Accordingly, anticipatory bail application of petitioner Tajbul @ Tajamul Mian @ Tajbul Miyan in A.B.A. No. 997 of 2024 is dismissed as withdrawn.

Petitioner Nasruddin Ansari @ Nasurddin Ansari is apprehending his arrest in connection with Karmatanr P.S. Case No. 04 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 323, 341, 307, 379, 354B and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamtara.

It is alleged that due to land dispute, there was free-fight between the parties. Both the parties hadsustained injuries.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that there is case and counter case regarding the same occurrence. Both the

parties had sustained injuries. It was further submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and co-accused Guddu @ Mahruddin Ansari @ Guddu Ansari in A.B.A. No. 925 of 2024 has been granted bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Considering the submissions made above, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner Nasruddin Ansari @ Nasurddin Ansari. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to surrender before the learned court below within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the learned court below on his surrender, shall release him on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamtara in connection with Karmatanr P.S. Case No. 04 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
