Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 699/2022, arising out of Namkum (Kharsidag O.P.) P.S. Case No.- 153/2022, for the offences registered under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code , pending in the Court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-III, Ranchi..
The petitioner alongwith the co-accused persons are alleged to have assaulted the son of the informant due to which he succumbed to his injuries.
The petitioner is the main assailant of the deceased.
Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case; I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is hereby rejected.
