Heard the parties.

Both these bail applications arise out of same police case. Accordingly, both these cases are being disposed of by a common order.

The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Rania P.S. Case No. 56/2023 corresponding to G. R. Case No. 661/2023, for the offences registered under Sections 302, 201/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of Sri Dinesh Bauri, learned S.D.J.M., Khunti.

On 12.10.2023, the petitioner alongwith co-accused persons abducted cousin of the informant namely Patras Topno (Dadu), who was subsequently murdered.

Learned A.P.P. submitted that the petitioners were apprehended while they were going to dispose the dead body of the deceased.

Stage of the trial, earlier called for, has been received. It appears

that chargesheet has been submitted in this case but the case has not been committed to the Court of Sessions.

Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, their prayer for bail stands rejected.

Learned Court below is directed to commit this case to the Court of Sessions on the next date and the learned Sessions Court shall expedite the trial.
