Petitioners have been made accused in connection with Balidih P.S. Case No. 150 of 2020 for the offences registered under sections 304B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Bokaro.

Petitioners are the father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased Raunak Khatoon who died unnatural death within seven years of her marriage. It is alleged that she was subjected to torture to enforce the demand of dowry.

Mr. Baibhaw Gahlaut, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, submitted that husband of the deceased had faced trial and he has been acquitted.

In view of the submission made above, petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Bokaro in connection with Balidih P.S. Case No. 150 of 2020.
