All these three bail applications arise out of the same police case and as such, these bail applications are being disposed of by a common order.

The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Ghatshila P.S. Case No. 24 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 & 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 66 (C), 66 (D) of the Information and Technology Act, pending in the court of learned Special Judge, Cyber-Crime, East Singhbhum, Jamshepdur.

Petitioners are alleged to be involved in cyber offence. Several mobile phones and other e-gadgets were recovered from the possession of the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the prosecution has not produced any victim to show that the petitioners have cheated anyone.

Learned counsel on behalf of the State in all these three bail applications have opposed the prayer for bail but does not dispute the aforesaid fact.

Considering the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Cyber-Crime, East Singhbhum, Jamshepdur, in connection with Ghatshila P.S. Case No. 24 of 2024.
