Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and learned A.P.Ps for the State.

Both these bail application has been filed on behalf of the above named petitioners with a prayer to release them on bail in connection with Gumla P.S. Case No. 132 of 2024, registered under Sections 25(1-B)a/25(1-A)/26/35 of Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Gumla.

Both these bail applications are related to the same case crime, therefore, both are being disposed of by the common order.

As per the allegations made in the FIR, from the possession of petitioner no. 1, in B.A. No. 6728 of 2024 i.e. Bablu Sahu, two live cartridge are alleged to have been recovered, while from the possession of petitioner no. 2, in B.A. No. 6728 of 2024 i.e. Suraj Kumar Singh, one loaded country made pistol and one live cartridge is alleged to have been recovered.

From the possession of petitioner, Shubham Kumar Sahu in B.A. No. 7133 of 2024, one country made pistol and one live cartridge is alleged to have been recovered.

From the very perusal of seizure memo which are being annexed with this bail petition, the witness of the same are police personnel. All the three petitioners have been languishing in jail since 14.04.2024. So far as the criminal antecedent of the petitioners are concerned, it has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that they are already on bail in those criminal cases.

In view of the above, the bail applications of the petitioners are hereby allowed. Let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing the bail bond of Rs. 15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned in the aforesaid case.
