All these bail applications related to the same case crime; therefore, these are being disposed of by this common order.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APPs for the State.

All these bail applications have been filed on behalf of the abovenamed petitioners with prayer to release on bail in connection with Manika P.S. Case No.07 of 2024 registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M. Latehar.

The FIR of these cases was lodged against the owner and driver of

Baleno Car bearing last digit of registration No.6888 and six unknown miscreants, who had overtook the Pickup van of the informant and the same was intercepted by them. On the pointing of country-made pistol, the Pick-up van, money and the mobile phone, which was with them were looted by those miscreants after having taken them to the isolated jungle. From that Pick-up van, the goats were also looted. Hence this FIR was lodged.

The name of the petitioners transpired during investigation while taking remand of them, who were already in jail in another case crime. Admittedly, no looted article or any incriminating article was recovered from the possession of any of the petitioners. No TIP was conducted during investigation to identify the complicity of any one of the petitioners in commission of alleged dacoity.

In view of the above, the bail applications of the petitioners are hereby allowed. Let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Rupees Twenty-Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned in aforesaid cases.
