The learned Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. His name transpired during investigation in confessional statement of co-accused Junaid Raja Waris @ Junaid Raza Warsi @ Chunna who has already been granted bail in B.A.No. 5143 of 2024 vide order dated 05.07.2024 by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. The co-accused Mohammad Khursid @ Mister @ Md. Khurshid has

also been granted bail in B.A.No. 6585 of 2024 vide order dated 22.07.2024 by this Bench whose role is also identical to the present petitioner.

The learned A.P.P. conceded on the point of parity.

Admittedly, it is a case of no injury case. In view of the submissions made, the bail petition of the petitioner is allowed. Let the applicant be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court concerned in the aforesaid case.
