are being disposed of by the common order.

Heard the parties.

Petitioners have been made accused in connection with Pathrol P.S. Case No. 107 of 2023 for the offences registered under section 364(A) of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhupur.

On the intervening night of 27/28.11.2023, Informant along with his companion were on the way to attend the marriage party. When they reached near village Kalohad More, they were overtaken by Ertiga Maruti vehicle. Accused persons abducted one Mithun Das and demanded ransom for his release.

Petitioners were apprehended during the course of investigation. It appears that the petitioner Ranveer Singh was put on T.I. Parade in which he was identified by the victim, as it appears from para-105 of the case diary. There is no averment whether the petitioner Parbhat Singh was identified in the T.I. Parade by the victim. It appears from the impugned order that the petitioner Parbhat Singh has confessed his involvement in the present case.

Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner Ranveer Kumar Singh @ Ranveer Singh on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected.

So far as the petitioner-Parbhat Singh is concerned, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhupur in connection with Pathrol P.S. Case No. 107 of 2023.
