The cause of death is shown due to asphyxia neurogenic sock leading to cardio respiratory failure caused by hitting with hard, heavy and blunt object. Further, in confessional statement of this present petitioner, bloodstained wooden stick and stone were recovered, which were sent to FSL but the FSL report has not come till date.
