1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant,learned A.P.P and learned counsel for the informant.

2. The applicant, who is in custody since 09.01.2023, has renewed the prayer for grant of regular bail in connection with S.T. No.205 of 2023, arising out of Sidhgora P.S. Case No.01 of 2023, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge – II, East Singhbhum, Jamshedpur.

3. It appears that this applicant has been made an accused for committing the offence under Sections 147/ 148/ 149/ 341/ 323/ 324/ 325/ 307/ 379/ 506/ 302/ 342/ 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier, the prayer for bail of this applicant was rejected vide order dated 13.06.2023, passed in B.A. No.3724 of 2023.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that complete set of F.I.R along with its enclosures have been annexed with the present bail application and there is no suppression on his part.

Innocence of the applicant has been claimed and undertaking has been given for participation in the trial. It has been submitted that the charge has already been framed on 12.01.2024, but till date not a single witness has been examined. On the above basis, prayer for bail has been renewed.

5. Learned A.P.P and learned counsel for the informant have opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the nature of allegation and the materials available on record, I am not inclined to reconsider the prayer for bail of the applicant. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the applicant stands rejected once again.

7. However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude it as early as possible, preferably within six months from the date of receipt/ production of copy of this order.
